Choose our party spread option or feel free to bring your own! Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Life happens! If you need to cancel, give us a shout by email, phone or message. . Cancel 14 days before your party, and we’ll happily move your booking to another available date for free. Just make sure to pick your new date within 30 days. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the event, we can’t offer a refund. We’ll still try to work something out, though! Unforeseen Circumstances & Liability In the very rare case something technical goes wrong (it’s almost never happened!) we’ll offer a full refund or help you reschedule. Some things are out of our control like severe weather or illness but if we ever need to cancel, we’ll let you know ASAP and sort out an alternative. If Fortnite’s servers are down or an update pops up – sorry, but that’s out of our control. But we have plenty of games to keep the party going! Party Day Please be mindful that we have a half hour turn around to get set up for the next party so we kindly ask that the party rooms are vacated promptly. Supervision While we handle the games , we do need one adult from the party to stay on site at all times. Safety First We love good vibes only! Any bad behaviour won’t be tolerated, and we may ask those responsible to leave. No refunds will be given for this. For everyone’s safety, we’ve got CCTV running throughout the building. Age-Appropriate Games We stick to age ratings set by PEGI and UK law. If you’ve got specific requests, just let us know! No Food or Drinks in the gaming room. Sorry, we can’t allow food or drinks inside the games room. Let’s keep it clean for everyone! But eat all you want in the party room! Media Rights We might snap some pics or videos during your event for our marketing (we like to show off a little). If you’d rather we didn’t, just let us know beforehand! If we’ve already shared something and you’re not happy, give us a shout, and we’ll take it down. We will not post any faces of children online without permission. Damages If anyone causes any damages to the building or equipment (other than normal wear and tear), the full replacement cost will be charged. Event Info All the details we provide about our services are accurate at the time of booking but may change due to seasonal conditions or other factors. We’ll always keep you in the loop. Complaints Procedure If something’s not right during your event, tell a member of our team right away. We’ll do our best to sort it. If you’re still not happy.
